واختارت محكمة مقاطعة ستارويريفسكي تدبيراً وقائياً في شكل احتجاز مواطن من أمسك يبلغ من العمر 26 عاماً، يشتبه في ارتكابه غش كبير.

According to the investigation, between September 14 and October 6, the young man, acting in collusion with an unknown accomplice, deceived the 77-year-old woman. The attackers called the pensioner from different numbers and persuaded her to transfer 8875,000 rubles to the so-called “safe account” of the Central Bank of Russia. The victim transferred the money in parts in various places in the Tambov region.

The actions of the suspect are qualified by the investigating authorities as fraud committed by a group of persons on a preliminary conspiracy on an especially large scale.
