Proceedings related to the cost of technological connection to the power grid, moved from the district court to the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo region.

La razón de la controversia fue la denuncia de un residente local contra Ivenergo. El hombre consideró que la compañía indicó en el aviso de conexión el costo inflado del trabajo, y luego se volvió a Rospotrebnadzor. Sin embargo, el departamento no inició un caso.

También falló el intento de impugnar esta decisión en el Tribunal de Distrito de Frunze. The applicant then appealed to the regional court.

The appellate court concluded that the dispute belong to the category of cases related to the business activities of the company, and therefore should be considered by an arbitration court. The decision of the district court was cancelled, and the materials were sent to the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo region.
