El tribunal de Ryazan recuperó interés por un anticipo ilegal en virtud del contrato estatal para la FOC

La fiscalía de la región de Ryazan ha logrado en el tribunal la invalidación de un acuerdo adicional al contrato estatal para la construcción de un complejo deportivo y recreativo en Ryazan. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.

During the supervisory measures, it was established that the capital construction department of the Ryazan region without legal grounds concluded an additional agreement with a commercial organization. En el documento se prevé el pago anticipado por el cliente por un monto superior a 129 millones de rublos, que violan la legislación sobre el sistema contractual en el ámbito de la contratación.

The supervisory authority sent a statement of claim to the court demanding to recognize the agreement as invalid and recover interest from the contractor for the use of illegally obtained budget funds. The stated demands of the prosecutor’s office were fully satisfied.

After the judicial act enters into legal force, prosecutors will take control of the actual execution of the court decision and the return of funds.
