The Untsukul district court extended the arrest of the accused of illegal trafficking in weapons and ammunition (part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the joint press service of the courts of Dagestan reports.
De los materiales del caso, se deduce que durante una búsqueda en la casa de un residente local, los agentes del orden encontraron e incautaron un revólver casero de calibre 5.6 mm, adecuado para disparar deportes y cartuchos de caza, y 10 cartuchos de calibre industrial de 7,62 mm, destinados a un rifle de asalto Kalashnikov.
El tribunal concedió la solicitud de la investigación y extendió la medida preventiva del acusado en forma de detención durante 20 días - hasta el 26 de octubre de 2026 inclusive.
