The Kostroma traffic police department reports that during the raid “Drunk Driver”, conducted from 9 to 11 October, the traffic police revealed 13 facts of “drunk driving”, among which the case in the regional center, where the inspectors of a specialized peloon of traffic police was stopped after the pursuit car “Ford”, in which the driver was a 27-year-old auto lady with obvious signs of intoxication.
La encuesta in situ confirmó el hecho de la intoxicación: el dispositivo registró 0.79 mg / l de alcohol etilo en el aire exhalado por la señora. Además, resultó que el conductor estaba al volante del motorista nunca recibió una licencia de conducir.
Con respecto a este ciudadano, se elaboraron dos protocolos administrativos: en virtud de la parte 3 del artículo 12.8 del Código Administrativo de la Federación de Rusia (por conducir un vehículo en estado de intoxicación por una persona que no tiene derecho a conducir) y en virtud de la parte 2 del artículo 12,25 del Código Administrativo de la Federación de Rusia (examinando el requisito de detener el vehículo).
