In Kostroma during the raid, the traffic police identified 13 drunk drivers

The Kostroma traffic police department reports that during the raid “Drunk Driver”, conducted from 9 to 11 October, the traffic police revealed 13 facts of “drunk driving”, among which the case in the regional center, where the inspectors of a specialized platoon of traffic police was stopped after the chase car “Ford”, in which the driver was a 27-year-old auto lady with obvious signs of intoxication.
The on-site survey confirmed the fact of intoxication: the device recorded 0.79 mg / l of ethyl alcohol in the air exhaled by the lady. In addition, it turned out that the driver was at the wheel of the motorist never received a driver's license.
In respect of this citizen, two administrative protocols were drawn up: under Part 3 of Article 12.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (for driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person who does not have the right to drive) and under Part 2 of Article 12.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (ignoring the requirement to stop the vehicle).
