En Kostroma, un conductor borracho fue reemplazado por trabajo forzado

El tribunal regional de Kostroma ha endurecido la sentencia de un residente local de 44 años, reencontrado detrás del volante mientras estaba borracho. Según la apelación de la autoridad supervisora, la multa monetaria al hombre fue reemplazada por trabajo forzado real.

El incidente ocurrió la noche del 7 de mayo en la aldea de Shuvalovo, distrito de Kostroma. El hombre, que ya tenía antecedentes penales por conducir borracho similar, se sentó detrás de la rueda mientras estaba borracho - esta vez conduciendo un ATV. Allí fue detenido por inspectores del DPS.

The judicial board for criminal cases of the regional court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor.
