En los distritos Nevelsky y Opochetsky se registraron casos de registro ficticio de extranjeros

The police revealed the facts of fictitious registration of foreign citizens in the Nevelsky and Opochetsky municipal districts, reported “MK in Pskov” in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region.

According to law enforcement officers, in September this year in one of the villages of the Nevel district, a local resident born in 1955 (not convicted) issued a fictitious registration of a foreigner without his actual stay at the specified address.

En el distrito municipal de Opochetsk, una mujer previamente condenada nacida en 1977 realizó un registro ficticio de cuatro extranjeros a la vez, que tampoco vivía en el lugar de registro. Con respecto a ella, se eligió una medida preventiva en forma de suscripción para no salir.

Unidades de investigación de órganos territoriales del Ministerio del Interior de Rusia iniciaron causas penales por delitos previstos en los artículos 322.2 y 322.3 del Código Penal de la Federación de Rusia. La investigación está en curso.
