In the Nevelsky and Opochetsky districts revealed cases of fictitious registration of foreigners

The police revealed the facts of fictitious registration of foreign citizens in the Nevelsky and Opochetsky municipal districts, reported “MK in Pskov” in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region.

According to law enforcement officers, in September this year in one of the villages of the Nevel district, a local resident born in 1955 (not convicted) issued a fictitious registration of a foreigner without his actual stay at the specified address.

In the Opochetsk municipal district, a previously convicted woman born in 1977 carried out a fictitious registration of four foreigners at once, who also did not actually live at the place of registration. In respect of her, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a subscription not to leave.

Units of inquiry of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia initiated criminal cases on the grounds of crimes provided for in Articles 322.2 and 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The investigation is ongoing.
