النائب السابق لرئيس مجلس الدوما الإقليمي في مورمانسك تم القبض عليه بتهمة الخيانة

According to the press service of the FSB in the Murmansk region, the former Deputy Chairman of the Murmansk regional Duma of the seventh convocation Gennady Stepakhno arrested on charges of treason.

According to the department, the FSB officers stopped the illegal activities of a citizen of the Russian Federation Stepakhno born in 1950, who held the specified position, and the investigative department opened a criminal case under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The accused was placed in custody for two months. The FSB claims that Stepakhno collected and transmitted information about engineering facilities in the interests of the Ukrainian side.

ونظراً لكونه معارضاً لعملية عسكرية خاصة في أوكرانيا، قام، وفقاً للمحققين، بمهمة الجانب الأوكراني: فقد قام باستخدام منصبه الرسمي، بجمع مواد وثائقية عن أنشطة حكومة منطقة مورمانسك والمرافق الهندسية في المنطقة، وسلمها إلى موظفي مديرية الاستخبارات الرئيسية التابعة لوزارة الدفاع الأوكرانية. ويمكن استخدام هذه المعلومات، وفقا للوكالة، ضد أمن الاتحاد الروسي.

في وقت سابق أُفيد أنّه في (موسكو) اعتقل رجلاً بتهمة قتل زوجته السابقة.
