The Novomoskovskiy district court of the Tula region sentenced a previously convicted man who used violence against a police officer. Citizen Kovsh M.N. was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, told “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the USD region.

The incident occurred on July 31, 2026. The police received a report of an administrative violation, after which the employees came to one of the stations in Novomoskovsk to understand the circumstances of the incident.

The court appointed Kovsha six months of imprisonment with serving a sentence in a colony-settlement and a fine of 40 thousand rubles in state income. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن المحكمة أخذت في اعتبارها، عند فرض العقوبة، الحكم السابق على جريمة مماثلة، وطبقت أحكام المادة 70 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي. ويأمر بتنفيذ الغرامة بصورة مستقلة.

وقبل بدء نفاذ الحكم، ترك الرجل مع التدبير السابق من ضبط النفس - وهو اشتراك في عدم المغادرة والسلوك السليم.

The sentence has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
