The car of a resident of the Tver region was seized for repeated driving under the influence

In the Toropetsk district court considered a criminal case against a resident of the Tver region, accused of drunk driving a car, having a conviction for a similar crime.

The press service of the court said that in February 2025, the defendant was found guilty of driving a car being a person in a state of inxication and previously subjected to administrative punishment for a similar act (part 1 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
