It was established that the citizen was convicted by the October District Court of Ivanovo under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ( "large- theft " ) to mandatory work, but he fled from their departure.
Currently, the detainee was transferred to the initiator of the search - employees of the Ivanovo LO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport.
