As follows from the materials of the criminal case, which was considered by the Rybinsky District Court, four citizens of Liberty Island served long prison terms in IK-2 of the city of Rybinsk. لم يحبوا قضاء الوقت كثيراً وبعد أن اتفق المواطنون الكوبيون رافيلو راين فرانك هول، ومايو بيريز جوان، وبتانكورت ريف جورج، ومادان ماريرو بيدرو خيسوس، الذين غادروا المستعمرة في 9 تموز/يوليه 2026، طواعية وغير قانونية. لكن المشي في الحرية لم يكن طويلاً Two police officers were arrested the same day. وألقي القبض على شخصين آخرين في اليوم التالي.

On October 27, 2026, the Rybinsk City Court sentenced four Cubans to escape. They were found guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 313 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (escape from a place of deprivation of liberty committed by persons serving a sentence by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).

The indictment against Ravelo Rein Frank Hoel, Mayo Perez Yoana, Betankourt Reve George, Madan Marrero Pedro Jesusa was decided in the manner prescribed by Chapter 40 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the consent of the defendants with the charge.

وكما هو متوقع، فإن جميع الأربعة قد أضافوا مواعيد نهائية. وقد حُكم على كل من المدعى عليهم بالسجن لمدة سنتين مع تنفيذ حكم بالسجن في مستعمرة إصلاحية ذات نظام صارم.
