As the investigation established, since 2011, the defendant by oral agreement took into custody four elderly people previously discharged from a psychiatric hospital. وكانت مسؤولة عن غذاءهم ورعايتهم، بينما كانت تحمل بطاقاتهم المصرفية وتسحب معاشاتهم التقاعدية القادمة. وذهب جزء من الأموال إلى صيانة المقسم، وقد استقر جزء منه في جيب الوصي.

As reported in the joint press service of the courts of the Volgograd region, in 2019, three wards died, and another left home and went missing. وبدلاً من إخطار السلطات المختصة، أخفت المرأة وقائع الوفاة، ودفنت الموتى في مؤامرة بالقرب من منزلها (ساعدها أحد المساكن - ثم أوقفت المحاكمة الجنائية ضده بسبب وفاته) واستمرت في تلقي معاشات للمتوفي حتى آب/أغسطس 2025.

During the trial, the defendant fully admitted guilt and expressed remorse. ووصفت المحكمة إجراءاتها بموجب عدة أجزاء من المادة 159 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي (الاحتجاج) وفرضت عقوبة السجن لمدة 6 سنوات في مستعمرة إصلاحية تابعة للنظام العام.

In addition to the prison term, the convict was charged in favour of the Department of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation the amount illegally obtained as a result of the fraud - 2,359,012 rubles.

At the moment, the sentence has not entered into legal force - the defense has the right to appeal.
