A resident of Bryansk received 8.5 years in prison for an accident with three dead

The Navlinsky District Court sentenced a 47-year-old resident of Bryansk, through whose fault three people died in an accident on the M-3 Ukraine highway. بعد الاصطدام الرجل هرب من المشهد.

The driver of Hyundai did not provide assistance to the victims and left the scene of the accident. The court found him guilty of violating traffic rules, resulting in the negligence of the death of three people associated with leaving the scene.

ومع مراعاة موقف المدعي العام، حُكم على الرجل بالسجن لمدة 8 سنوات و 6 أشهر في مستعمرة إصلاحية تابعة للنظام العام. كما حُرم من حقه في القيام بأنشطة تتصل بمركبات القيادة لمدة ثلاث سنوات.
