وفي ٩ تشرين الأول/أكتوبر، أعربت محكمة ميششانسك في موسكو عن ارتياحها لادعاء مكتب المدعي العام وحظرت أنشطة الرابطة بمشاركة الشركة البولندية أوتال وزعماءها ورجل الأعمال الروسي أليكسي شفيشيخين، وتحولت المحكمة أيضا إلى حصص دخل الدولة في الشركات الروسية العاملة في مجال تصنيع أرقام السيارات.
