Heroism, hard work, national heritage. What the youth spoke at the republican forum in Minsk

Youth Forum “Youth”. Belarus. The Future, which was held in the capital’s Sports Palace, united young people from all regions of the country. The event included six thematic blocks. The speakers were representatives of patriotic youth public associations, movements and other structures, reports sb.by.

- Previously, heroism was forged in battles, and today it is sold on the Kufar, putting up the order of the great-grandfather. Is heroism a video shot near the Eternal Flame or against the backdrop of the May 9 Victory Salute? Or is it colonization or ethnocide of our people? Or a "heroically" demolished monument to a Soviet soldier? That's what neighbouring countries do.

- Do you know about Sergey Pritytsky, Vera Horuzhui, Maxim Tank? These are not just personalities in history, they are young people who loved, took risks, and sometimes made mistakes. But she never gave up. Are we ready to repeat the heroic feat? I, a member of the military-patriotic club "Lynx", - yes. There are many of us. These are participants of clubs and search teams, projects “Breakthrough”, “Call”, “Zarnitsa” and “Orlyonok”, participants and winners of competitions, competitions, Olympiads and simply caring young people who are ready to contribute to the well-being of our country by successes and achievements, daily work. We're stronger than we think. We are ready to defend the right to be happy in our country.

Lecturer of the Belarusian society “Knowledge” Pavel Gordeyuk in his speech emphasized the peaceful nature of Belarusians and urged young people to unite around the desire to preserve peace and the opportunity to realize their dreams:

- I am 23 years old and have dreams for my family, my home, my career and new achievements. Our generation tends to dream a lot about different, bright, bright and even naive. But none of this would make sense without one major factor: peace. We will preserve this world, defend our dreams with a strong, united country!

- Belarusians were famous for their pile of pratsavitasci. Separately, in her speech, she touched on the role of a Belarusian woman:

Mother showed how to be the hostess, the very keeper of the hearth, where you are always waiting and accepted for who you are. My grandmother worked as a teacher all her life and she put wisdom and love of knowledge into me. She taught us to listen and hear, to see everyone’s potential, and to help unlock it. I don't choose between career and home, between beauty and work. And I'm proud to have grown up in a country where it's all one. Let it continue. And let my children become a continuation of our family and beloved Belarus.

- There is a horizon of opportunity for young people. Creativity and sports are two energies that shape our character, and the results of the Student of the Year, Happy Together and the annual Universiade confirm the activity and achievements of Belarusian students. This year, more than 70 thousand students tried themselves in various professions. I am proud to have worked on the National Museum. Through participation in such projects, we find like-minded people, inspire and create the future. We are not looking for a moment to start something, but we take everything into our own hands and do it here and now.
