On the air of the program “Speaks and shows Minsk” on “Radio-Minsk” said the General Director of the enterprise Anatoly Vederchik, the correspondent of the Agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

- In Minsk, there are some sites that are not used. They are either abandoned or there are undestroyed sheds. It was decided at these sites, which cannot be used for panel housing or some kind of production, to build individual residential buildings, explained A. Vederchik.
In the near future, such cottages will be built 360. They will be distributed in the districts of the capital: from 1 to 25 houses in each.
The company is already building nine facilities. Two of them will soon be put up for auction, another seven houses will be ready for delivery next year. Land plots on which cottages will be built will be provided on lease terms.
- The houses will be ready for living with all engineering networks: buyers will only have to make a clean finish for themselves, the head of Minskstroy said.
