The educational project “School of Constitutionalism”, launched at the initiative of the Constitutional Court, continues in the universities of the country. The second lesson dedicated to the legal foundation of national unity was held today, September 18, at the Academy of Management under the President.

Chairman of the Constitutional Court Sergey Sivets explained the effectiveness of the school:
- The Constitution is a unique normative legal act, the Basic Law and at the same time a social contract. It is a document that establishes the basic provisions concerning the organization and functioning of society itself. The “School of Constitutionalism” is based on such educational subjects as history, social studies, but is also supplemented by special legal knowledge that enrich the student’s worldview. Therefore, cooperation with educational institutions allows us to achieve such a complex effect in the education of our youth and forms an appropriate level of legal consciousness.
Rector of the Academy of Management under the President Denis Duc added that the ideal graduate of the project is a person who knows not only his rights, but also respects his duties.

Legal culture is the basis of stable development of society, and this, in turn, the basis of the sovereignty of any country.
- The Constitution is where all legislation begins. Therefore, it is important how we instill our constitutional values, which have been formed for years, Denis said.
For a student of the Academy of Management under President Artemy Mazuro, the “School of Constitutionalism” is the strengthening of his knowledge.
- Constitutional law is the basis for every lawyer, he said. The project, by the way, is also career-oriented, because after listening to the lecture, you can understand whether this branch of law suits you or it is better to delve into another.
