وبدأت محكمة التحكيم النظر في مطالبة روزبرودنادزور بإدارة ليبيتسك. وتطلب الوكالة استرداد ١,١ مليون روبل من الأضرار التي لحقت بالتربة بالقرب من المدرسة رقم ٥٨ في مقاطعة " إلتسكي " .
