The arbitration court began to consider the claim of Rosprirodnadzor to the administration of Lipetsk. The Agency asks to recover 1.1 million rubles for damage to soils near school No. 58 in the district “Eletsky”.
According to the joint press service of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region, during the survey in September 2025, waste - including asphalt scrap and crumb - was found on a plot of 1,480 square meters. The administration sent a request to compensate the damage voluntarily, but it remained without satisfaction.
The preliminary meeting is scheduled for November 17, 2026. The trial is ongoing, the amount of damage is still specified in the lawsuit.
