محكمة كالمييكيا تصادر الرشوة

The Central District Court of Kalmykia found M. guilty of committing crimes under Part 3 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (7 episodes) and Part 2 of Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (7 episodes). According to the totality of crimes, M. was sentenced to imprisonment for 4 years and 6 months in a general regime correctional colony with a half-million fine and deprivation of the right to hold positions as a representative of the authorities, in the civil service, in local self-government bodies, and law enforcement agencies for 4 years. He was also stripped of his rank as a senior police lieutenant.

وفي الوقت نفسه، أشار المجلس إلى أن الأموال المتلقاة كرشوة نتيجة لارتكاب جريمة بموجب المادة 290 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي تخضع للمصادرة والتحويل إلى ممتلكات الدولة.
