وفي ٥ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، نظرت محكمة مقاطعة سيميلوكسكي في منطقة فورونيش في قضية مدنية تتعلق بادعاء المدعي العام لصالح قاصر

On the same day, the victim applied to the BUZ of the Voronezh region “Semiluk district hospital named after A.V. Goncharov”, where she was diagnosed with a bitten wound of the right shin. وتلقت الفتاة الرعاية الطبية والوقاية من مرضى الطوارئ مع القيام بزيارات تطعيم لاحقة؛ كما رصدت للتحصين الوقائي.
وطلب المدّعي استرداد تعويض المدعى عليه عن الأضرار المعنوية بمبلغ 000 50 روبل. The court decided to partially satisfy the stated requirements and recover 20,000 rubles from the administration of the Semiluk municipal district.
The decision has not entered into legal force.
