Probation convicted sent to the colony for failure to appear for registration in the Tver region

The Zubtsovsky district court satisfied the proposal to abolish the suspended sentence and impose the punishment imposed by the court verdict against a local resident.

وكما ذكر في الخدمة الصحفية للمحكمة، أدين المواطن في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2025 بموجب الجزء 3 من المادة 180 من القانون الجنائي. He was sentenced to a year and a half suspended imprisonment with a two-year probation period and assignment of duties.

On one occasion, he was extended probation for failing to appear for registration without good reason. In the future, the citizen twice failed to appear for registration without good reason.

The convict at the court session did not agree with the violations of the conditions and order of serving the sentence, as the failure to appear for registration was respectful due to his poor health. At the same time, the convict did not go to the hospital, since he considers the diseases he has incurable.

وخلصت المحكمة، آخذة في اعتبارها ملابسات القضية، إلى أن الحكم المعلق لم يحقق غرضه وأهدافه، وألغت الحكم المعلق الذي أُرسل إلى المواطن إلى مستعمرة نظامية صارمة لمدة سنة ونصف ليقضي عقوبته.

The court order has not yet entered into force.
