وقد وضعت وزارة الداخلية معايير لتوفير الأطفال في بيوت الأمهات والأطفال في المؤسسات الإصلاحية. وينص على ذلك قرار الإدارة رقم 171 المؤرخ 26 حزيران/يونيه 2026، مراسل تقارير وكالة مينسك - نوفوستي فيما يتعلق بقسم الإنترنت القانوني الوطني.

These standards provide for children detained in the homes of mothers and children of correctional institutions, including those living together with the convicted mother; children of women in remand centres and prisons. In cases of their moving together with a parent, transfer them to a family of relatives or to institutions providing conditions for children to live, they are provided free of charge with a full set of underwear, clothes and shoes for the season; up to one and a half years - a dummy, two bottles for baby food with a cap, two nipples for feeding, diapers (including for children one and a half to four years).

The legal act declared invalid the decree of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 30, 2021 No. 178 “On the establishment of standards of security”.
