وقد حقق مكتب المدعي العام في كاسبييسك إلغاء سبع تصاريح بناء صدرت بها انتهاكات جسيمة. وقد أبلغت عن ذلك دائرة الصحافة التابعة لمكتب المدعي العام في داغستان.

The supervisory authority established that the authorities of Kaspiysk, in violation of the requirements of the law, issued construction permits in the absence of technological connection agreements with resource-supplying organizations.

وصدرت سبع تصاريح بصورة غير قانونية. They concerned the construction of two apart-hotels, a multi-storey apartment building, two trading centers and two non-residential facilities - a holiday home and a building for the circuit.
