ونظرت محكمة مقاطعة أوست - كولومسكي في قضية جنائية تتعلق برجل يبلغ من العمر 33 عاما يتهم بارتكاب السرقة (الجزء 1 من المادة 161 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي). The public prosecution in this case was represented by the prosecutor of the Ust-Kulom district.

According to the circumstances established by the court, on July 13, 2026, the defendant, being in one of the grocery stores, took a bottle of wine and confectionery from the shelf. Intending to leave the outlet without payment, he was detained by shop staff on the way out. In the office room, waiting for the police to arrive, he consumed half a bottle of wine and ate pastries, causing material damage to the store in the amount of a thousand rubles.
