From October 5 to November 6, a month to restore order is planned in the city. Cleaning and improvement of courtyards, squares, squares, streets, parks, recreation areas and other social and cultural facilities, as well as memorial complexes, places of military and military glory will be carried out.

They will restore order in the territories of organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, on construction sites, in industrial zones, garage and construction cooperatives, at the entrances to yards, intra-quarter passages and in other territories. It is planned to eliminate unauthorized landfills, remove unused vehicles, restore impaired improvement in the excavation sites, bring children's play and sports equipment into proper condition in the courtyards of apartment buildings and on public lands.
