In Penza, a 38.year-old man, previously convicted three times for similar crimes, was sentenced to five years in prison for selling marijuana to a friend.

As established by the Railway District Court of Penza, on May 7, 2026, the man purchased 0.043 grams of marijuana, after which he sold the drug to his friend. A few days later he was detained by police.
