36 lawsuits filed in Minsk courts for non-payment of parking lots
In the district courts of Minsk transferred 36 claims against violators of the rules of use of paid car parks.
36 claims against violators of the rules for the use of paid car parks were transferred to the district courts of Minsk, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency in the state institution Parking of the Capital told.
At the same time, 27 lawsuits have already been satisfied, four are under consideration. In five cases, vehicle owners paid the debt voluntarily after receiving a subpoena.
Employees of "Parkivka Capital" monitor the timeliness and completeness of payment for the use of paid parking. In case of systematic evasion of payment for parking in specially equipped places, the operator reserves the right to apply to the competent authorities to give a legal assessment and take measures in accordance with the current legislation.
You can stay free in the parking lot, not equipped with a barrier, for 15 minutes. Parking a car beyond this time without payment is considered a violation. Requirements for payment of violations are sent to the addresses of such users. Otherwise, the institution prepares and sends to the courts claims for the recovery of debts in a compulsory manner. The guilty person, in addition to the amount of deductions for violation of the rules for using parking lots, is also charged with reimbursement of state duty for filing a claim.
