“The prosecutor’s office of Zhlobinsky district supported the state prosecution under part one of Article 435 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus,” the information service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Gomel region reported. Taking into account the position of the prosecutor and the evidence presented, the court ruled a guilty verdict and imposed a sentence of arrest for three months.
