On March 4, 2026, Petrovsky Baths concluded a purchase and sale agreement for boiler and equipment with Istok LLC, after which the property was leased to Energo Region LLC.

The prosecutor believes that this property could not have been alienated as an independent object, since it is intended for the maintenance of an apartment building and its heating.
