Voronezh Prosecutor through the court requires the return of the boiler apartment building

In the Leninsky District Court of Voronezh, a lawsuit was filed by the prosecutor of the Leninsky District, filed in the interests of the citizen to OOO “Istok”. The prosecutor demands to demand from someone else's illegal possession non-residential premises - an attached boiler room, as well as equipment located in it.

As follows from the claim, the Prosecutor’s office checked the legality of the acquisition of ownership of the boiler house, which provides heat supply to an apartment building at the address: Voronezh, Moiseyev St., 9b. It was established that the boiler house was built by the developer LLC "Petrovsky Baths": the object was provided by the project documentation and commissioned as part of an apartment building. On March 4, 2026, Petrovsky Baths concluded a purchase and sale agreement for boiler and equipment with Istok LLC, after which the property was leased to EnergoRegion LLC.

The prosecutor believes that this property could not have been alienated as an independent object, since it is intended for the maintenance of an apartment building and its heating.

The statement of claim is accepted for production, a preliminary hearing is scheduled.
