Enroll a child in a kindergarten and issue a license: what services in the field of education are available through E-Pasluga
More than 15 thousand parents from the beginning of 2026 took advantage of the opportunity to online put the child on the account in the United States.
Since the beginning of 2026, more than 15 thousand parents have used the opportunity to register their child online in kindergarten and receive a referral to a preschool education institution through the single portal of electronic services “E-Pasluga”. What other issues in the field of education can be solved remotely, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti” was told in the National Center for Electronic Services.
Kindergarten - online
At the beginning of the year, two administrative procedures were transferred to the electronic form - registering children for preschool education and issuing a referral to an educational institution. Now parents do not need to visit the relevant institutions in person for their registration: applications can be submitted through the E-Pasluga portal or a mobile application.
You can order services with strict authentication - using an electronic digital signature, an ID card or a unique identifier. Non-strict authentication is also available – using a login and password or external services, including Google and Apple.
License is also digital
Digital opportunities are also available to educational institutions and organizations that, in accordance with the law, can carry out educational activities.
Through E-Pasluga you can apply for a license to carry out educational activities (service code 548.10.2.1) or to change an existing license (548.10.2.2).
To do this, you must log in to the portal with strict authentication, choose the appropriate administrative procedure, fill out the electronic application form, attach the necessary documents and send them to the authorized body.
The result of consideration of the application will be available in electronic form in the personal account in the section "My services". Since July 2025, more than 200 educational institutions and organizations have used this opportunity.
What else came up
In 2026, new electronic services of the Department of Quality Control of Education of the Ministry of Education appeared for legal entities. They allow to pass the state accreditation of an educational institution for compliance with the declared type for each specialty, profile or direction of education, as well as confirm the already existing accreditation. This includes services 548.10.1.1 and 548.10.1.2.
Another novelty is the electronic service 3.101.01 “Receiving information about educational documents”. Its consumers are government agencies and other organizations. The service works automatically on the principle of "system - system", which allows you to quickly receive and verify information about educational documents.
In general, the transfer of services and administrative procedures to electronic format reduces the bureaucratic burden. Users do not have to personally visit state bodies, prepare paper reports and submit documents at a personal reception - you can interact with the authorized body remotely through your personal account.
301 electronic services and 596 administrative procedures out of 82 information resources are already available on E-Pasluga.
