وستوفت محكمة مدينة كيسليار جزئياً ادعاء " سويوزمولتلفيلم " ضد أحد السكان المحليين باسترداد التعويض عن انتهاك الحقوق الحصرية للعلامة التجارية وحق التأليف والنشر للطابع.
المحكمة وجدت أن في سوق أوزون، امرأة عرضت لبيع لعبة أطفال مع علامات تزوير - مع صورة شيبورشكا من فيلم متحرك. The rights to the character belong to the film Stu "Soyuzmultfilm" and LLC "Soyuzmultfilm", the permission to use the defendant was not received and the license agreement was not concluded.
The court recovered from the woman compensation for violation of trademark rights and copyright to the character, as well as legal costs.
