It was established that on the night of July 31, police officers arrived on a call about a domestic conflict in an apartment on Tolstoy Street in Gusev. The man, who was in a state of alcoholication, behaved aggressively: publicly insulted the police officer with obscene language, and then punched him in the head, causing bodily harm.

The court imposed a sentence of forced labor for 1 year 6 months.
