Volleyball players “Minchanka” with the victory started in the new season of the Russian Super League

In the first round of the Russian Super League on volleyball among women's teams, "Minchanka" on a tiebreak won "Omichka" - 3: 2, the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti".

The wards of Alexander Perepelkin have already held several official matches. The team played in the Cup of Russia, but could not make it to the next round. And then on the parquet of the native Palace of Sports "Uruchye" confidently won the Super Cup of Belarus, having dealt with Zhlobinsk "Iskra" (3: 0).

The meeting in Omka turned out hard. So, in the first game, the teams went level to the score 18:18. Further, the housewives gave a better segment, thanks to which they won 25:20. The answer from the wards of Perepelkin did not take long to wait. They won two consecutive sets with the same score - 25:21. To keep this pace “Minchanka” failed – the failure occurred in the fourth game. During it, the rivals led 10:6, and then developed the success - 25:14. However, the Belarusian team was always one step ahead and won 15:8. The score on sets is 3: 2 in favor of “Minchanka”. The most productive among the winners was Zarina Vositova - 17 points.

Satisfied with the victory and character that the wards showed at the tiebreak. In the fourth set, Omichka played powerfully against us, but it did not affect our team. The girls had a good fifth party. In the “Minchanka” are two players who last season played for “Omichka” – Zarina Vositova and Vera Churchovna. In this match, both showed their best side. The players have a good potential, and I am sure they will bring the team even more benefit, said the head coach of the Belarusian club A. Perepelkin.

In the next round of the Super League, Minskanka on the road will meet with Dynamo Moscow. The meeting is scheduled for October 10.
