ووافقت وزارة خارجية الولايات المتحدة على إمكانية بيع دفاعات وذخائر جوية إلى أوكرانيا بمبلغ 2.68 بليون دولار.

According to the ministry, the costs will be covered from the funds of European allies and under the US program for foreign military financing. وستعتبر هذه الأخيرة مساهمة في الصندوق من أجل إعادة أوكرانيا.

The State Department clarified that the Ukrainian authorities requested from the United States air defense systems with laser guidance, radios, launchers and missiles to them.
