In the US state of Pennsylvania recorded about 800 cases of measles

وأبلغت السلطات الصحية في بنسلفانيا يوم الاثنين 21 أيلول/سبتمبر عن 792 حالة من الحصبة، وهي 25 حالة أكثر مما كانت عليه في يوم الجمعة.

The state health department confirmed the hospitalization of 155 measles patients on Sept. 18, 150 cases were reported.

وفي وقت سابق من هذا الشهر، أبلغت بنسلفانيا عن وفيات تتعلق بالحصبة بين السكان غير المحصنين.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has yet to include measles deaths in Pennsylvania in 2026 in their national statistics. The agency said it is currently reviewing the criteria for classifying such deaths, Reuters reported.

According to the CDC, as of September 17 this year, 3,471 cases of measles have been reported in the United States.
