The Ministry of Economic Development proposes to amend the bankruptcy law and accelerate the launch of the pre-bankruptcy rehabilitation mechanism. The Ministry plans that the tool will start working from January 1, 2027, and not from July 2027, as stipulated by law now. This topic was discussed at the strategic session “Investment climate and target business models” with the participation of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, which took place on September 15, a federal official told Vedomosti and confirmed another participant in the meeting.
