In almost all regions, prices in August rose less than in July, or decreased, the Central Bank notes in comments to a series of reports on inflation in the regions for August. The regulator points to the typical seasonal arrival of vegetables and fruits for sale in August, which significantly reduced their cost. At the same time, according to the Central Bank, this year the decline was slightly less than usual. Products fell in price in 2/3 of the regions, including cheese and dairy products.
