The Russians, who found themselves in Serbia on September 20, went to vote for State Duma deputies at the school at the Russian Embassy. At the entrance to it, Serbian security forces were on duty, and metal detectors were installed at the entrance. All incoming people were asked to "enlighten" bags and throw away any bottles of liquids.
