What the Ministry of Finance asked the regions during public hearings of the draft budget

The Federation Council held the first public discussion of the budget for the next three years after the introduction of the bill. Speaker of the upper house Valentina Matvienko described the document as “financial art” and recalled that it provides balance, guarantees citizens the fulfillment of all social obligations and the financing of the priorities defined by the President.
