FTS has identified signs created for tax optimization ZPIF
The expert council under the Federal Tax Service for the largest taxpayers published a memorandum in which it fixed the signs of closed mutual funds (ZPIF), which, according to the department, are created exclusively for tax evasion. The document was approved a month ago following a meeting of the expert council with the participation of business, representatives of universities and tax lawyers, follows from the protocol of the event, which was familiarized with “Vedomosti”.
