Resident of the SEZ “Technopolis Moscow” has produced 4 thousand devices

Resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Technopolis Moscow" company "Hirana +" for ten years has produced 4 thousand products for resuscitation and intensive care, including artificial ventilation devices. The equipment is supplied to hospitals and clinics throughout Russia, said Maxim Liksutov, deputy mayor of Moscow for transport and industry.

During its presence at the site, Hiran+ has doubled its production area to 2,000 square meters.

“This allowed the company to qualitatively expand the production of one of the most complex types of medical equipment,” Deputy Mayor Liksutov continued. If the first line of the plant consisted of only two types of equipment, today the company produces six varieties of high-tech devices for artificial ventilation of the lungs and anesthesia-respiratory equipment. The geography of the company’s deliveries from the two starting regions covered the whole country, and the number of customers increased from ten to more than 300 medical institutions.”.

Hiran+ specializes in the production of expert class equipment for intensive care and intensive care. Among the main products of the company are artificial ventilation devices "Chirologist SV Aura Profi" and "Chirologist SV Aura Profi neo", as well as turbine devices "Veli Keir".

For ten years of operation, the company received six results of intellectual activity, including patents and certificates. The company employs seven specialists with academic degrees.

The Moscow authorities emphasize that the development of production was facilitated by preferential treatment for residents of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. Companies that have the status of a SEZ resident have access to various tax benefits, ready-made infrastructure and logistics opportunities. In the case of the manufacturer of medical equipment Hiran+, this allowed it to direct the released funds to modernize production lines and introduce new developments.

Earlier, the company, with the assistance of the Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support (MFPIP), attracted investments for the development of products. This includes equipment that is exported.

SEZ Technopolis Moscow in 2026 celebrates the 20th anniversary of its foundation. Currently, more than 240 high-tech enterprises operate on ten sites of the zone with a total area of 430 hectares. They produce products in the fields of microelectronics, instrumentation, biomedicine, information technology and robotics. Earlier, the city authorities reported that one of the residents of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow has developed and patented an innovative tourniquet for stopping blood, which in many ways surpasses foreign analogues.

The city authorities consider the development of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone as one of the tools to support industry and produce domestic high-tech products. According to the city authorities, the work of SEZ residents is connected with the tasks of the national project “Effective and Competitive Economy”.
