At the meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, proposals to regulate the price situation with fuel in a number of regions were discussed.

"Measures were presented to regulate the price situation in the Orenburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tyumen regions, as well as in the Udmurt Republic," the government said in a statement.

Representatives of the regions presented an analysis of the situation. Particular attention was paid to the situation in the markets of Nizhny Novgorod and Tambov regions, Ingushetia, Karelia and Buryatia.
