The plenary session “State as a digital service: where to stay?” began at the Digital Solutions forum. It is attended by the Deputy Chairman of the government of Russia – the head of the government apparatus Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy head of the presidential administration of Russia Maxim Oreshkin, the head of Sberbank German Gref, General Director of MTS Inessa Galaktionova and co-founder of the Fund Saberus and Positive Technologies Yuri Maksimov.

They will discuss whether the state should become a “service” or whether it should create the infrastructure to build a business. RBC is broadcasting live.

The session takes place at the National Center “Russia”.
