The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) opened a case on violation of antimonopoly legislation against eight road companies. FAS revealed signs of collusion in the amount of 8.7 billion rubles.

We are talking about the companies “TechStroyContrakt”, “DorEnergoStroy”, “DorService”, “DorMechanization”, “ViaStroy”, “Bitumix”, JSC “DEP No. 19” and JSC “DEP No. 12”. They participated in tenders for the repair and maintenance of federal highways. Contracts were awarded in Moscow, Vladimir, Tula regions and Krasnodar Territory.

According to the FAS, firms could enter into an anti-competitive agreement, which allowed them to achieve contracts with a minimum reduction in the initial price. If proven guilty, companies face fines.
