Alfa-Bank will pay dividends of 20.4 billion rubles from retained profits

The Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank recommended to the General Meeting of Shareholders a dividend of 20.4 billion rubles from the retained earnings of previous years.

“To determine the size of the dividend per one placed ordinary share of the bank in the amount of 342.41 rubles,” the bank said on the information disclosure website. Persons entitled to receive dividends will be determined on October 13, 2026.

This year, Alfa Bank has already paid dividends for 2025. The corresponding decision was made by the general meeting of shareholders of the bank on June 30. The size amounted to 547.6 rubles per share, and only 32.6 billion rubles were allocated for payments. In April, Alfa-Bank reported financial results for 2025 under IFRS. Net profit amounted to 229.9 billion rubles, which is 9.5% more than the result of the previous year. Net interest income of the bank for the last year increased by 34% to 675 billion rubles, net commission income decreased by 1% to 147 billion rubles.
